Smart Phonics was born out of a desire by teachers to incorporate the best parts of whole language, phonics and phonemic awareness into one, easy to use system. There are 3 core manuals with detailed teacher guide notes covering over 100 letter/sound relationships which are grouped using our unique colour coded system.
Each letter/sound is covered separately in a reproducible poem, an activity sheet, extended word level work and assessment tasks giving you everything you need to teach each sound within a meaningful context.
